About Me

"Sherrie's journey traces back to the heart of Knoxville, Tennessee, where she was raised amidst the warmth of a close-knit family community. Growing up in the company of her grandparents and with her mother and father's instrumental role in founding a volunteer fire department, Sherrie's early years were steeped in community service and a spirit of giving back. From the tender age of five, she found herself riding firetrucks alongside her parents, an experience that would shape her lifelong commitment to helping others.

Her passion for aiding those in need led her down a remarkable path. At just twelve, Sherrie obtained her First Aid certification, a stepping stone to her eventual role as a dedicated member of the 'Explorers' division, an offshoot of the Boy Scouts initiated by the fire department. The firehouse became her classroom as she trained rigorously, answering emergency calls, and working alongside seasoned firefighters. This journey culminated at the age of eighteen when she earned her EMT certification, a testament to her resilience and unwavering dedication.

Much like her years as a firefighter and first responder, Sherrie's innate drive to assist those facing pivotal life transitions led her to a new calling. She set her sights on empowering individuals navigating significant changes, imparting comprehensive knowledge to facilitate informed, secure, and prosperous decisions. Today, armed with her broker's license, her mission has expanded, allowing her to extend the same empowering education to both clients and fellow REALTORS®.

Sherrie's dedication finds its truest expression in her commitment to delivering unparalleled personal service and lifelong education to every client and agent she encounters. Rooted in the belief that education is the bedrock of empowerment, she channels her experiences as a firefighter and her fervor for aiding others into a real estate journey that's defined by compassion, insight, and success."

When Sherrie isn’t empowering her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband (Pete), daughter (Caitlin), and their three cats (Nala, Opal, & Otis).  They love to cook together and entertain extended family and friends. In the future, she would love to help train service or search and rescue dogs, and possibly join a search and rescue team. She says the thing she is most proud of in her life is that she has raised a daughter who is strong, confident, and driven.  Yes, great leaders empower others, and everyone who enters Sherrie’s life and path is no doubt the recipient of life altering empowerment.
